Potomac, Maryland, October 1st, 2016 – Paramount Transportation Systems, was on hand to celebrate Oktoberfest – D.C. style at the 5th annual German School of Washington, D.C.’s 5k Oktoberfest Fun Run. The event both benefited the school and brought a taste of Munich and German Culture to the city. Before the fun, games and festivities began, many attendees burned tons of calories running the 5k race. Afterwards their athletic efforts were greatly rewarded with authentic German food, music, and beer (of course!). Happily, the rain did not dampen the spirit of the day!
Paramount D.C.’s Juergen Tellmann and Mel Smith were on hand, in traditional lederhosen, celebrating the BRAND NEW Paramount D.C. office and their own German connections. Proudly our exhibition booth was among the most popular, with everyone enjoying our fresh popcorn and our festive way of showing the Paramount pride!
