Providence, Rhode Island, March 22nd, 2019 – Paramount Transportation Systems was a proud sponsor of the 22nd Bryant University Women’s Summit. Alumnae Silvia Louro, Director of Client Services, and Cristina Borges, Account Manager, returned to campus on March 15 to represent Paramount and participate in the sold-out event along with over 1000 other women. The Summit had several guest speakers including Mary McDonnell, a two-time Oscar-nominated actress known for bringing powerful and complex characters to the screen and Reshma Saujani, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Girls Who Code, a national nonprofit organization that is working to close the gender gap in technology. The breakout sessions covered current trends in education, leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, diversity, health, wellness, technology, and financial topics. During the Women’s Summit, Paramount held a lucky draw for a Brahmin handbag, which was delivered yesterday to the winner, Sarah Taranato.
