Reno, Nevada, USA, December 30th, 2024 – It is with bittersweet emotions that we announce the upcoming retirement of Brian Goates, Paramount’s Vice President & General Manager of our Nevada branch, effective January 6, 2025.
Brian’s journey in our industry began in April 1984 with The Pasha Group. After 29 remarkable years, when Pasha closed their relocation division in 2013, we were fortunate to have Brian and his exceptional team join the Paramount family, establishing our Nevada division. Naturally, his loyal clients followed, recognizing the outstanding service and leadership he brings.
Over his 40+ years in the industry, Brian has earned the admiration and respect of every colleague, partner, and client he’s worked with. Known for his energy, integrity, empathy, and professionalism, he has a unique ability to foster relationships with ease. For those fortunate enough to work closely with him, Brian has always been a reliable source of support, insightful guidance, and tireless dedication.
As a key member of our leadership team, Brian’s absence will undoubtedly be missed both at Paramount and across the industry. While it is difficult to say goodbye, we celebrate his incredible career and extend our heartfelt congratulations as he embarks on this well-deserved new chapter.
