5K Registration Privacy Notice
Paramount Transportation Systems, Inc. ("Paramount") respects your privacy. The personal information collected through this registration form is used to register you for and administer the IAM & Paramount Charity 5K Fun Run/Walk.
Information We Collect
As part of your registration, we may collect your name, contact information, company and location, T-shirt size, award category, emergency contact information, electronic signature, and other information you voluntarily provide in connection with the event.
How We Use Your Information
- Process and manage your event registration;
- Communicate with you regarding the event;
- Provide event materials, including your shirt and race bib;
- Administer race categories and awards;
- Assist with event logistics, safety, and emergency situations;
- Maintain appropriate event and registration records; and
- Comply with applicable legal requirements.
Payment Information
The USD 75.00 registration fee is processed separately through a third-party payment provider. Paramount does not collect or store your complete credit card information through this registration form. Payment information submitted to the payment provider is subject to that provider's applicable privacy and security practices.
Sharing of Information
Paramount does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary to administer the event, including with the International Association of Movers, event organizers and service providers assisting with registration, payment processing, event operations or related services, or when required by law.
We do not provide participant information to vendors, clients, prospective clients or other event participants for their independent marketing purposes.
Photos and Videos
If you agree to the Photo & Video Release on this registration form, photographs and video recordings taken during the event may be used by Paramount and/or the International Association of Movers as described in that release.
Data Retention and Security
Paramount maintains reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. Registration information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for event administration, recordkeeping, legal and legitimate business purposes, and will thereafter be securely deleted, anonymized or otherwise disposed of as appropriate.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.
